1. Open attached score.
2. Click on rest.
3. Enable 'Note Entry'.
4. Click on Voice 2 drum note.
5. Disable 'Note Entry'.
6. Enable 'Note Entry'.

Result: The selected note head in the drum palette is green, but the shadow note head is blue.

Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (e3d119f) - Mac 10.7.4.

Works as expected in 3.6.2 (correct color).
4.0.1 does not retain not selection and as such does not suffer from this either.
