editing slur doesn't work with linked staves / parts

1. create new score with a linked staff
2. add some notes to voice 1
3. create a slur
4. extend the slur to the next note by pressing SHIFT-RIGHT

Expected result: The slur is shown the same way in both linked staves.

Actual result: The slur in the linked staff disappears. Instead you get two slurs in the staff that you edited. (press X to see the second one)

This should be related - Score with parts:
while extending a slur seems to work here, moving the beginning of a slur crashes

1. open attached score
2. select slur in oboe part and select first point
3. move beginning of slur to left with SHIFT_LEFT
4. press ESC -> crash

Doesn't work with parts too. bbe0e1423c

  1. Create a score for flute
  2. Create parts
  3. In the score, add 3 quarter notes
  4. In the score, add a slur spanning the 3 notes

Result: in the part the slur only spans 2 notes
