Redundant "How to" pages?

This page could be deleted. It's out-of-date, and the info is misleading, incomplete, etc. Refer to the "Fingering" chapter in the handbook instead.

Hmm, probably a leftover from 1.x times? It is not redundant, the 1.x handbook is still available (and some uses are still using it, some because they have too, as 2.x is not available for their OS) and that handbook refers to it, see https://musescore.org/en/node/74, so removing it would create an orpahned link
I just removed the link to it from the 2.x handbook (after having aded it earlier today, without much checking and thinking)
