mandolin TAB >> guitar TAB

Can I write some measures in mandolin TAB and by some transformation have a result in guitar TAB?

If so, can someone please outline the procedure for me?

If it matters, there are lots of hammer-ons in the mando TAB. (I guess you'd just do these as separate notes and worry about the hammer part display at the end.)

Why not. Be aware, however, that the mandolin is written with a treble clef (in standard notation), and the guitar with a treble clef-8vb. Even with TAB, after change the instrument, you will probably have to modify this by selecting the Tab (Ctrl + A), then Ctrl + Down arrow, to receive playable frets. And of course, add two lines.

For hammers-on, I am very surprised by this term by talking about the mandolins (you mean maybe slurs, ascending/descending slurs, instead?) The specific technique of this instrument is rather the tremolo. So I do not quite understand what you're talking about? Or maybe this is a particular score? An image would help.
