Can't disable page number on first page in 2.0

In 1.2 it was possible to not display the page number on the 1st page.
In 2.0 (here: e059b3a) this is no longer possible without disabling the copyright text along with it.

I'd like to continue having no page number on the first page (esp. if the piece only has one page) but keep the copyright text, as being the default settings.
An even better default would be to have no page number (on first page) if there is only one page (but have them on all pages if there are more than one)

Fixed long ago. Now, $p is used by default and means "page number, except on first page."
