When several staves are spanned by bar lines, a single bar line set to single staff leaves other staves barline-less
Looking at the attached score is simpler than any description:
*) Two staves spanned by common bar lines
*) A single bar (flute part, measure 2) is shortened to span a single staff
Result: The corresponding measure of the other staff remains without bar line.
Expected result: a bar line is created for the second measure of the second part.
