Master Fonts

In the menu under style, score there is an option for musical symbols font and musical text font. Under those you have several options. I want to know if you can download musical symbols font and upload them onto this master thingy and get it to change the symbols font to one of your choice such as LilyJazz. I also want to know if you can upload a font into the Musical Text font instead of changing all the fonts one by one in the style, edit text menu. Here's a picture of the menu I'm talking about.

No, the fonts are built into MuseScore and need to be to ensure the scores looks the same on systems not having installed those custom fonts
