Playback of fermata does not reset speed correctly

I am creating a quite complex arrangement where I have encountered this problem with the playback. After reaching a fermata, the tempo of the playback is not reset. Unfortunately, I cannot properly reproduce this issue from scratch, but I can copy a small fragment of my large file and paste into a new, it can be reproduced. Please see the attached file.
