Regroup Rhythms changes spelling of notes that should not be affected

There is no conceivable reason Regroup Rhythms should affect this:

But it does, transforming it to this:
b.png

Thankfully, Respell Pitches (which in 2.1 is not in the same menu as Regroup Rhythms) puts it back.

See also #196771: Regroup Rhythms deletes various elements, even more lost on undo. I feel bad that I didn't do enough testing in the RC to catch these sooner.

I tested many of the fixes to ensure proper results as they came out, but most of what I find is from using the program daily. I've never used regroup or if I did, it was just on a few measures with nothing added to them.

In fact, though that tiny example I posted above is fixed by Respell Pitches, the overwhelming majority of the changed spellings won't be.
