Staccato dots are being transferred to other staves, thus cutting of long notes in upper staff
If a long note in the upper staff also appears in the lower staff, but with a staccato dot on the latter, then the upper staff note is cut off whilst playing. See attachment.
(Note: could not select the proper version, chose 2.1-dev but it occurred in 2.0.3 and recurs in the just released 2.1 production version).

This most probably is another variant of #12971: Same note in different voices and lengths plays only the length of the shortest note, it is the same Instrument and therefor sound/channel, and the note from top staff matches one from the bottom staff.
Disable playback of the shorer note and it should play back correctly (seems to do the trick for me)
