Barline span after line break doesn't stick between save and open

1. Open attached score
2. Select the start repeat barline
3. Press return to add a lne break
4. Save and close the file
5. Open the file again

Expected result: the barline looks the same before close and after open
Actual result: the span of the barlines in the piano staff is wrong.
