No instruments in create new score from scratch
Hello!
I apologize if this has already been addressed but I haven't been able to find the answer. When I attempt to create a new score from scratch, there are no instruments. This is on version 1.3 and 1.2. It used to work, but no longer does. I don't know if there's something else I'm supposed to download.
The create new score from template still works, but all instruments are gone in create from scratch.
Any ideas?

I read your previous post (March 28, 2011). I guess you have solved, by now, but the machine is the same?
Why are doubts about the graphics component ...
Check edit / preferences and see if you've changed the location of instruments.xml - and if so, be sure that file actually exists. This is the file MuseScore uses to populate the instrument list.

Thanks for your advice! It did in fact work. I had instrumentswithDL.xml selected, which I found from somewhere that had drumline (marching) parts on it, and for some reason the folders didn't match up.
All squared up! I just need to find a way to get the Drumline parts back but this will work for the time being.
