Line not applicable to final note
1. Open attached score (produced in 1.3).
2. Apply '8va' line to first note.
3. Double-click '8va'.
4. Click on the handle on the right.
5. Hold 'Control' and 'Shift'.
6. Press 'Right'.
Expected result: The line covers all notes.
Actual result: The last note isn't covered.
Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (a256907) - Mac 10.7.5.

Unless there is a line ahead in the same bar, should the line cover all of the bar by default?
