Pickup Bar

I want to add a pickup bar at the beginning of the score but I want the second line to start with bar 5. I have set the sheet layout to have 4 bars per line but I want four bars plus the pick up bar on the first line.
Is this possible?

Don't use the style option to force four bars per measure. Use the Break every X measures plugin, and select the region you want it applied to before running it. You can also insert the breaks manually, of course.
