Because it is hidded if there is just one Instrument. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/layout-and-formatting#style-edit-gene…
One instrument, so:
Go to: Style -> General -> Score -> Untick " Hide instrument name if there is only 1 instrument" -> Ok
