Edit Element unavailable for time and key signatures at the end of line
1. Open attached score (produced in 1.3).
2. Double-click time, or key signature at the end of a line.
Result: 'Edit mode' doesn't appear.
Note: If you right-click it, 'Edit Element' is greyed out.

This is a feature. These elements are generated, like measure numbers and so can't be edited.
It seems strange that some elements are editable, but others aren't (generated, or otherwise).
