Hello and thank you for your help. Excuse my english, I am french.

I need your help because I can not press the "play button". I did an update but nothing change..

How can I do ? Can you help me ?

Please use the Support forum (Help / Ask for Help) when asking for help using MuseScore. First though, try Help / Revert to Factory Settings. If that doesn't fix it right there, then post your question to the forum, and be sure you say what OS you are on and tell us what soundfont you see listed in View / Synthesizer and what settings you see in Edit / Preferences / I/O.
