Note Entry cursor not aligned with upstem note on small stave
1. Open attached score (produced in 1.3).
2. Enable 'Note Entry'.
3. Move the cursor vertically over the existing note.
Result: It doesn't vertically align with the existing note.
Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (dd703d7) - Mac 10.7.5.
