Dashed lines (for frames) oversized in navigator window

Steps to reproduce bug
1. Open demo score (or any score with frames)

Expected behavior: In the Navigator window the dashed lines should appear proportional to the rest of the music (see Capture.PNG )

Actual behavior: In the Navigator window the dashed lines actually appear too large compared to the rest of the music

MuseScore version: e56b82d
