Result: The stave text of 'Keyboard' latches onto the stave of 'Electric Guitar 2'.

I'm not sure about the title, but here's another set of steps:

1. Open attached score (produced in 1.3).
2. 'Instruments...'.
3. Move 'Keyboard' above 'Electric Bass'.
4. 'OK'.

Result: The stave text of 'Keyboard' has latched from the treble to the bass clef.
