Micro-moving dotted note does not move connected dot

When you double-click on a dotted note and use the arrow-keys to move the notehead left or right, the dot does not move with the note.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a dotted quarter note (for example, middle G). (Optionally, add a sharp and a staccato to emphasize expected behaviour)
2. Double-click on the notehead to enter edit mode
3. Move the notehead right or left with the arrow keys
4. Click on the score or click Esc to exit edit mode

Expected result: Stem, accidentals and dot move to their respective positions relative to the new notehead position.

Actual result: Notehead, stem and accidentals move as expected, dot stays in its original position.

(tested using 0.9.5 rc on WinXP)
