Weird Formatting

All my scores and projects have been converted to a different format that shows two pages at once. I tried zooming in and changing the percentage thing but it didn't work. I am also only able to change the top staff of a score. Instead of dragging, there's a blue horizontal line that appears and moves the score. I tried making a new score but it was the same format, so I don't think the attachment would show it.
