Expose issue number on the webpage

We often use issue (node) number to communicate on IRC, in git commits etc... It can be hard to newscomers to get why we are refering to because the issue number is only in the URL. It could be good to have it displayed in the issue page. Cherry on top of the cake, an easy way to put it in the clipboard as [#XXXX]
