In Continuous View the bracket and barline appear on wrong side of frame
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open "Promenade_Example"
2. Switch to "Continuous View"
Expected behavior: The curly bracket and system barline should stay next to the staff lines (as they are in Page View)
Actual behavior: The curly bracket and system barline appear on the left side of the horizontal frame instead of the right side (next to the staff lines).

In fact, I think in continuous view, we could simply drop the horizontal frame. It has no utility (we could also drop layout break marks).
