It is not about the plugin framework at all, as far as I can see
And we need more infos:
Which OS, what printer. Have you ever been able to print with MuseScore? Can you print from other pllications?
Can you export to PDF and then print that?
Also support requests like this should go to the forum, not to the issue tracker, which is for reporting bugs.
