Repeat selection fails in rest final measure when final rest must be changed if previous note tied
Create a score with at least 2 measures. Enter at least 2 notes or chords that are tied to fill to the end of the next to the last measure* and press R. Nothing happens.
Expected, the note or chord that ended the previous measure will be entered with the current duration.
* For example: in 4/4 time enter a 1/2 note/chord press + to tie a 1/2 note to it so the end of the measure is filled. As long as the next to the last measure ends with a tie. The measure can start with any combination of notes and rests. You can change the duration before pressing R and the results are the same.

Further testing has revealed new information.
You can see the bug with only in final measure being used. Set a final 4/4 measure to contain 4 1/4 rests. Starting on beat one enter a half note and press 5 then + to tie a 1/4 note to it. change the duration to 1/8 note by pressing 4 (or even keep it a 1/4 note) and then R. Nothing will happen.
Repeat the above instructions but make the final 1/4 rest 2 1/8 rests and the 1/8 note will be repeated as expected.
This does not happen if you use a dot on the repeated note/chord. If the last measure has 4 1/4 rests and you enter a 1/4 note with another 1/4 note tied, then enter 5 . to set the duration to a dotted 1/4 note the note will be entered. I susptect this is because it is interpreted as not having a tied note on the 3rd beat so the 4th beat is changed as expected.
