How can I edit my drum elements?
Since there're some duplicated elements such as ride(bell) in drum note palette.
Can I change the note symbol or create a new one?
How can I do?
Moreover, if I can change the symbols, can I also edit them in the MIDI table?

Right click the staff, Edit Drum Set. See http://youtu.be/PvVBHW-O5Ww for more info, but short answer yes, you can do all these things.

The drum palette is edited from the Edit Drumset Dialogue.
Changes made in that automatically show up in the palette when you restart Musescore.
Don't forget to save your score first!
