Version 0.9.5 installation errors

I have experienced some errors during the installation of MuseScore Version 0.9.5, I have uninstalled version 0.9.4, but when I install 0.9.5, there is a message box says 'Error opening file for writing, C:\Program Files/MuseScore 0.9\bin\QTCore4.dll', it asked me to click abort to stop the installation, or retry to try again, or ignore to skip this file.
and also to QTGui4.dll, same error occurs, and also QTScript4.dll, QTSvg4.dll, QTXml4.dll, mingwm10.dll, mscore.exe, portaudio.dll, etc, and after installation, when I run it, there were a couple of errors, I know that was because some components were not properly installed that have caused the error to run MuseScore, but at least, do you have any ideas why there is installation problems?

Did you quit all applications before running the installer?

I uninstalled and installed Musescore almost a thousand time in the last year. And this error "Error opening file for writing, C:\Program Files/MuseScore 0.9\bin\QTCore4.dll" is typical when I forgot to close MuseScore before uninstalling or installing.
