Wedge (crescendo) placement not exported to MusicXML
The wedge (crescendo/decrescendo) placement "above" or "below" is not exported to MusicXML
This is new problem in version 2, nightly build 2013-12-28. The placement was exported in version 1.3
In both version, the modification of placement (higher, lower, left, ...) are not exported

Correct, the relevant code was removed by one of the big redesigns after 1.x, and never repaired. Still TODO.
Fixed some time ago with commit c8ccd53.
