MacOS : CMD-U enters full screen during text edit mode (instead of underlining)

I found this while investigating #24497: MacOS : CMD-A (select all) in text leaves behind the 'a' character. If you select text and press CMD-U, you enter fullscreen mode, instead of the text getting underlined.
