Disappearing tempo/system text when hiding empty staves
Both tempo text and system text are disappearing when hiding empty staves and the top-most staff is empty.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached score.
2. Activate "Hide empty staves" option.
The tempo text and the system text in the second system are disappearing. Also it seems that the system text is treated as staff text of the top-most staff (it was produced as system text via Ctrl-Shift-T while the first note of the measure in the viola staff was selected). If you right-click it, it shows "staff text", not "system text".

I think, the system text and the tempo are somehow attached to the top-most staff. Therefore it's hidden when the staff is hidden. Also, when creating parts, the tempo text and the system text only show up in the violin part and not in the other parts. Perhaps this is related to the bug mentioned above.
PS: I forgot the used MuseScore version. It is Nightly build, revision aac18be on Windows 7/64-bit.
See also #4617: System text on hidden staves should show on next available staff. Seems this was broken, fixed, now broken again.
Regarding the fact that system texts shows up as staff text in the context menu, see also #24426: No separate properties dialog for System- and Staff Text. Internally, system text *is* staff text, just with the "system" flag set in the text style.
