Handbook: Chapter titles are repeated in downloaded pdf

1. Download a pdf of the MuseScore handbook.
2. Open it and navigate to any chapter ("Save/Export/Print" for example).

Notice that the chapter title is repeated in ordinary text underneath the bold chapter title:

Note: A similar thing happens if you open a new issue in the issue tracker and preview it. The bold title is duplicated on the next line.
