You probably need to right click the last measure before the repeat sign, select Measure properties and set play count to 4. If not, upload your score.

Just as a sidenote; an additional scream for help less than 5 minutes after your initial post comes across rather impatient. I'm sure this was not your intention.
Seems you misunderstood what the second field should be. It isn't the amount of repetitions, but a list of at which repetition that volta should be taken.
The amount of repetition is set in the measure properties (play count, bottom right of that dialog).
