Search for topics

I'm new to this software and am looking for a replacement for my existing software (Mozart). I saw a song produced with this software and it was impressive. Before I start bothering readers with questions I would like to see what info is already out there for my instrument. I play the concertina. How do I search the forums...I don't see a search bar, only search for sheet music.
