Either consult your printer driver's settings ('scale to fit' or some such) or set the paper format for the score in MuseScore, see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/page-settings
I assume you create a score using a standard paper size like A4 or US Letter, but then added too many staves to fit on the page. You can't fix this by changing anything about print settings - you need to change the staff size to be small enough to fit on the page. Go to Layout / Page Settings and reduce the staff space size, which scales everything else, until your music fits on the page.
