'Instrument Change' works not corretly for transposed instruments

There is an issue when changing the instrument of a staff.

I change from 'voice' to 'Bb trumpet'.

With activated 'concert pitch' the change was done correctly.

If 'concert pitch' is not activated, and i change the instrument, i expect a change of the key, due to the fact that the bb trumpet is a transposing instrument, but nothing happens.
When I later activate the 'concert pitch' the key of staff will be changed.

originally: Voice; key C

changed with 'concert pitch' (this is correct)
- - after:
- - Bb Trumpet, key C 'concert pitch'
- - resp. Bb Trumpet, key D without 'concert pitch'

changed without 'concert pitch' (here happens the error)
- - after:
- - Bb Trumpet, key C without ' concert pitch'
- - Bb Trumpet, key Bb 'concert pith'
