Not all strings available for translation on Transifex
This might be something similar to How to get the translated "Getting Started" page to show. All strings "Cancel", "OK" and "Apply" found when searching on Transifex is translated, yet I still see this in the bottom right corner:

These string stem gtom the Qt libraries MuseScore uses, their translation is done outside of Transifex, via the qt_NN.ts files here, or, as of very recently (i.e. for 2.2 and master only so far), from the qt*.qm files directly from Qt
