Wrong lines for some notes after clef change in score from MusicXML import

Windows 7, GIT commit: 689ecfa

1) open the attached MusicXML file
2) compare with attached MSCZ file

Result: last few measures show a number of notes several ledger lines below the bass clef staff that should not be there (they should be on the staff). The notes playback correctly, but they are being displayed as if they were in treble clef.

I doubt this is a coincidence: the symptoms are virtually identical to those in #25394: Reducing stretch corrupts (?) score with clef change.
