"2. From the menu, choose Edit → Swap with Clipboard or press Ctrl+Shift+X (Mac: ⌘+shift+X)"
Missing : right click → Swap with Clipboard.
On my system (M$7 in FR), the shortcut (Ctrl+Shift+X) didn't exist, I had to add it.
Would you check on both systems, M$ and Mac, thx ?

Added to the handbook. The missing shortcut is most probably due to you having installed 2.1 over 2.0.x without reverting to factory settings, as that keeps the old settings and in the older version that command and therefor shortcut weren't available
Right click options have been added as well.
