Chord name displays root twice (0.9.6 regression)

1. Click to select a note
2. Create > Text > Chord Name
3. Type a recognized chord such as "Bb7"
4. Press Esc to leave text mode

Expected behavior: Chord name should remain Bb7

Actual behavior: Chord name turns into BbBb7
