Score corruption upon time signature change

Windows 7, GIT commit: c7b7d35

1) new score, 4/4 time
2) add two measures full of eighths, then a measure with a half rest, eighth rest, and three eighths
3) drag 4/4 time signature to bar two

Result: the half rest and eighth rest in bar three are replaced by a single quarter rest
Expected result: all rhythms stay same
