Scroll bar in MuseScore Connect does not respond to drag

Very possibly OS-specific, but it is confirmed on another Windows system

1) start MuseScore
2) open MuseScore connect if necessary
3) try to drag scroll bars

Result: nothing happens - the scrollbar won't move, the window won't scroll

It works to click the area above the scroll bar, or to use the arrow buttons at the bottom of the widget. Keyboard control using arrow keys works too, if the window has focus. Only dragging the scrollbar itself seems ineffective.

The scrollbars in the Plugin Creator window (seen if you invoke the Manual, for instance) behave similarly. Other scrollbars work normally. I might guess it's something QML-related?

So you mean the scroll bars in the MuseScore connect window? Not obvious for those of us that don't use it, and haven't clicked START in that window.

Confirmed under Windows 8.1 64bit, IE 11.
