[MusicXML Export] invalid MusicXML for empty StaffText

File dusk.mscx ([#09331]) contains StaffText elements without text (the html-data element contains formatting but no text). See e.g. the StaffText immediately before the ones containing "Andante cantabile", or "détaché". This is incorrectly exported as an empty MusicXML direction-type, which is invalid.
