Handbook (pdf): Links between chapters not working

In the pdf handbook, the only links that seem to point to the right destination are those that refer to the same chapter, such as:

same_chapter_link.PNG

Other links, where the destination is in a different chapter, such as:

inter_chapter_link.PNG

inter_chapter_link_2.PNG

consistently end at the wrong location, halfway down the chapter rather than at the beginning.

(Examples taken from "Note input" in the pdf handbook).

Thanks for reporting geetar. We have a couple of outstanding issues with the handbook PDF and I hope to tackle them as soon as the work on the sites has settled down.
