Removing any range in ottava's range removes ottava

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open attached score.
2. Shift select second note of first bar.
3. Delete.

Result: First ottava is removed.
Expected: Only the second chordrest removed.

We should decide what needs to be done to remove a ottava. In my opinion, only if both start and end segments are in the range selection, the ottava should be removed.
