Hmm, I find 84 as "Mark Tree", "Spock 1" and "Bell Tap", I don't see any "Bell Tree"
I find 69 (as "Cabasa") in Chains, Cabasa, Quijada, Wooden Wind Chimes, Bamboo Wind Chimes, Metal Wind Chimes, Glass Wind Chimes, Shell Wind Chimes
Bell tree is the more generic name for the specific instrument known as the "Mark tree". See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mark_tree. I do agree that we should be using that sound for the "metal wind chimes" instrument, probably the glass too. And there should probably be a separate instrument called Bell Tree.

I'm not very familiar with midi maps. My resource was by short searching for percussion midi maps in general midi: https://usermanuals.finalemusic.com/SongWriter2012Win/Content/Percussio…
For me midi number 84 sounds more as a chimes instrument than the cabasa sound (midi number 69).
