Wrong clef / staff lines on MusicXML import

Ubuntu Studio 14.04, GIT commit: b4066a7

1) open the attached MusicXML file (exported using the same build from the attached MSCZ file)

Result: bottom staff should be bass clef the whole way through, but it changes from bass to treble on second system. Notes on bottom staff first system display as if they were in treble clef as well - those chords are basically the same as in the next system. In bass clef, they should be displaying middle of the staff and above.

I included the MSCZ file in case it's actually an export issue rather than import. But it imports fine into 1.3.
