Add a tie or an articulation in a staff is not reflected in linked staff

- Create a score with two linked staves
- Add a note to the first staff
- Add a tied note and a fermata on one of the note
Expected result: tie and fermata also appear in the linked staff.
Actual result: no tie or fermata added to the linked staff

It had fixed this issue: #125956: Regression: linked staves are broken and lead to corruption, but tie and articulation don't work.
EDIT: and as in the checking for the related issue, https://musescore.org/en/node/125956#comment-570551, on September 13, and this nigthly: dae8605, linked staves AND tie and articulation work (image below)
