Hello. Musescore doesn't store my key shortcuts because after restarting the software, changes are gone! can anyone help me with this? is there any other way to save changes?
I'm using Win 8.1 and my Keyboard layout is (QWERTY) English US. Musescore v2.1

Please use the forum https://musescore.org/en/forum for your support request. Mention if you are using the portable version of MuseScore or not. Make sure that MuseScore is installed according to https://musescore.org/en/handbook/install-windows
Might be a permissions problem with %LOCALAPPDATA%\MuseScore\MuseScore2\ ? As this is the place where shortcuts.xml should get stored
