The bass instruments tuning (plucked strings) is wrong

I did not notice that yet. But following this commit on April 11, 2017: https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/3125/files to fix this issue: #186876: Regression: notes for bass guitars show in wrong octave in normal staff vs. tablature staff , I notice that now, the tuning of the bass instruments (ie Bass Guitar, Acoustic bass, Electric 4 and 5 str. Bass) is wrong, don’t match with the usable pitch range.
